Gallery: Taxi Overranking

Taxis regularly overrank in St Andrew's Street, causing problems for cyclists and buses. They are sneaky and will vanish if police are on patrol, only to reappear once the coast is clear. They know they are in the wrong - the first of the overrankers will sound his horn for those in the rank to move along if he sees the front car get a fare. Obviously there are too many taxis, so licence suspension would be an ideal punishment for overranking.
