Use of a mandatory cycle lane by vehicles is illegal. These are a few photos which demonstrate a hotspot for such use.
Please report obstructions to the Police on 0845 456 456 4 (report as a dangerous obstruction and make clear it is not a LAPE [Local Authority Parking Enforcement - which basically just covers yellow lines] issue).
The City Council confirmed on 30th July 2007 that the Planning Condition applied to the pub next to the Cambridge Building Society is:
"All deliveries to the Class A3 premises at 3-8 Downing Street shall be completed by 0730 hours Monday to Sunday"

The day after 'Revolution' (new name for pub) were supposed to have been read the riot act, this lorry was stopped for some 20min, and the driver laughed.
